This class helped me see clearly that I need to bring my attention back to the foundations of our business. When two people are working toward different dreams, it can create a sense of instability if you are pulling in different directions. I often try to solve that tension by improving systems and processes, and by communicating better about ‘business matters’. I now see those things sit more at the surface, while underlying tension is actually coming from a lack of alignment between us as business partners...
