For years, I’ve helped organisations “do change.”

 New strategies.

New structures.

New tools.

 All pushed through while:

 Everyone is busy

  • Everyone is tired

  • Everyone is frustrated

 And yet… when you ask why the change is happening, or what success actually looks like, the answers are vague at best.

I’ve watched capable, committed people burn out - not because they lacked skill or effort - but because they were unknowingly working against each other.
