MEET LIS & MIKE
For more than a decade, we've been partners in life and business.
We've experienced the challenges that come with building a business together, raising a family, navigating uncertainty and trying to stay connected while pursuing big goals.
Like many business partners, there was a time when we thought we had a business problem. What we eventually discovered was that we weren't actually aligned.
We shared a vision for where we wanted to go, but we weren't aligned around how we would get there, what we each needed, or the roles we wanted to play along the way.
That realisation changed everything.
It became the foundation of the global work we now do with family businesses, couples in business and business partners.
Today, we help people create businesses that are not only profitable, but also support the relationships and lives they care about most.
WHAT MAKES OUR PERSPECTIVE DIFFERENT?
Most business advice focuses on strategy.
Most relationship advice focuses on communication.
We sit in the space between the two.
Because in family businesses and business partnerships, the real challenge is rarely the business itself.
It's the alignment between the people leading it.
We've worked with business partners, couples and family businesses who are:
Avoiding important conversations
Carrying unspoken tension
Feeling frustrated but unable to explain why
Growing apart while trying to grow the business
Unsure how to move forward without creating conflict
Our work helps people find clarity, confidence and a practical next step.
